Dealing with anxiety from Covid-19

-Stay in a clean atmosphere.


-Know that any plans that have been postponed or canceled were in response for you not to you. I hope you get to rebook and still experience those plans later on in the year. 


-Eat healthy whole foods to help maintain a healthy immune system.  


-Continue to live your life! (Laugh,

play soothing music, paint, draw, chat with friends and family, create and dance) 


-Think positive thoughts!


Note: Reuseable toilet paper and flushable wipes can be a great alternative to toilet paper.


This too shall pass.

Just do the best you can.
